Bug: Inconsistent between sample and actual webhook payload

For both KPI and Budget payload, when sending a sample payload the result is different from the actual payload received with real data. They have different variables, variable names, chartImage doesn't work on sample payload and so on.
This makes it impossible to run tests without waiting for the real payload to trigger.
