Bug: Webhook's on event status change not working correctly

When setting the webhooks on event status change to "Any change", it triggers every time the data is refreshed instead of the actual status change.
We receive multiple "On track" payloads instead of only one.

This has been rectified and the logic compares the previous state to the current one.

Update on this issue. Turns out that not only "Any change" option but all options act the same way. They only act as filters and all of them trigger every 2 hours.
