KPI / Budget notification by status

Currently we can only send notification by schedule. Many cases we don't need to know if the KPI/budget is on track. We only need to know if they're NOT on track so that we can take actions.
Addition from schedule based notification, notify when the status is "Warning" or "Critical" would be soooo useful.

This is now available in the webhook notification type. You can select one more statuses that will trigger the notification.
